For example: 0.45 becomes 45%, and 1.25 becomes 125%.

To find the percentage change between an old value and a new value, use the following formula:

Formula: Percentage Change = ((New Value - Old Value) ÷ Old Value) × 100

If the result is positive, it's an increase; if it's negative, it's a decrease.
